Connect your Torn API key
TornHelper reads public player data and, if you allow it, your battle stats to calculate fair fight. Create a dedicated key for TornHelper so you can see and revoke what it does.
A Public key is enough for target lists. A Limited key, or a Custom key with battlestats and attacks, lets you share your attacks and see fair fight on chain targets. Create a key in Torn's settings
How TornHelper uses your key
| Field | TornHelper |
|---|---|
| Data storage | Persistent: anonymous stat estimates of players you attacked, if you share attacks. Your key and settings stay in your browser. |
| Data sharing | General public: stat estimates of other players are shown to everyone. Nothing identifies you. |
| Purpose of use | Public community tools |
| Key storage & sharing | Not stored, unless you turn on automatic sync: then stored encrypted and used only to read your attacks and battle stats. |
| Key access level | Public for target lists; Limited or Custom (battlestats, attacks) to share attacks and see fair fight |
